Terms and Conditions for Admission in Online Virtual Class Room for CFAP June 2024 Dear student, your registration, as an online student of RISE Online Virtual Classroom, will give you the right to use the course material (including lecture videos, class notes, tests, solutions etc.) developed by RISE School of Accountancy for the June 2024 attempt of ICAP only. This permission is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Fee once paid is non-refundable (subject to condition # 3) and non-transferable.

Following is the retake policy:

For students enrolled in individual subjects, unlimited retakes (in the form of online classes) are available, each time on payment of 50% of fee (prevailing at the time of retake). This retake discount is available only for those students who have previously paid for a complete session.

For students enrolled in the Package deal, unlimited retakes (in the form of physical or online classes) are available, each time on payment of Rs.5,000 per subject.

Fee once deposited is not refundable except following:

100% deposited fee is refundable if a student applies for the refund within the trial period of each subject (i.e., Three lectures).

Student can drop his subject within Five days of ICAP result. In such a case, his fee will be refunded proportionately to the number of lectures of that subject so far conducte

Student shall use course material for his/her personal benefit only.

Student shall not copy or record any of the material using any software or other technology. Further, the student shall not transfer the material to anyone, or display publically any of the contents of course (neither for commercial purpose, nor for any other purpose). For identification purpose, user log-in details will appear on every lecture. In case of breach of any of above conditions, login of user will be blocked and disciplinary action will be initiated against the user. Case may also be referred to ICAP for further appropriate action in this regard.

Student shall not abuse his/her account by sharing login details with other persons or other students. Simultaneous use of single account by various users will result in cancellation of registration.

Management has the right to change terms and conditions in certain circumstances permissible in sharia or law.

Note: Following compatibility requirements for our system: a. Windows Operating System (for computers), and Android (for mobiles). b. Internet speed for smooth streaming of video is 8Mbps.
